Depending on the exchange, the transaction history file may be downloaded in ZIP format (a format that compresses files using the ZIP method).
Cases where unzipping a ZIP file is required
First, please check the upload screen of each exchange to see which file formats cryptact supports. In the following cases, both CSV and ZIP files are automatically supported, so you can upload the ZIP file without unzipping it. However, some exchanges only support CSV files automatically. In such cases, unzipping the ZIP file is necessary.
Below, we introduce the steps for extracting (unzipping) files after installing 7-Zip for Windows users.
Unzipping procedure
After installing 7-Zip, please unzip the file using the following steps.

Right-click the file you want to unzip and select "7-Zip" from the menu.
If it does not appear in the menu, click "Show more options" to display it. - From the expanded menu, click "Extract...".
- Select where you want the file to be extracted to. If you want to change it, click the "..." button next to "Extract to" and specify the desired location.
- Click "OK" to start unzipping the file.
