How to pay with Bank transfer

This page explains how to pay with Bank transfer.

Important Notes:

  • Please note that this payment method is only available to Japanese residents (JPY payment).
  • If you plan to downgrade in the future, please note that downgrades cannot be processed via bank transfer while your current plan is active. You can use bank transfer when purchasing a new plan after your current plan ends.

  • Automatic renewal of plans will be disabled (turned off). If you wish to continue using cryptact for the following year, please complete a new subscription on-screen after your current plan expires. (Due to our specifications, you will not be able to renew your subscription via bank transfer before the expiration date of your current plan.)

1.After logging in to cryptact, click "Plan & Billing" or "Upgrade your plan" in the profile icon tab in the upper right corner.

2.Click on "Upgrade".

3.Select the plan you wish to subscribe to.13.webp


4.Select "Japanese bank transfer" as payment method and click on "Proceed with payment".

As clearly stated in the Terms of Service (Article 7), we are unable to accommodate cancellations or refunds after payment has been made. Please ensure that the plan you selected is correct and review it again before making the payment.

 


5.Please transfer the funds to the indicated bank account by the payment due date.

*If you forget your bank account details, you can view the same screen with the bank account information and payment deadline by going to the "Plan&BIlling" page,  and clicking on the "Open" record.
