Notes on Bank transfer
- Payment by bank transfer will not be accepted for plan changes.
- Automatic renewal of plans will be disabled (turned off). If you wish to continue using cryptact for the following year, please complete a new subscription on-screen after your current plan expires. (Due to our specifications, you will not be able to renew your subscription via bank transfer before the expiration date of your current plan.)
1．After logging in to cryptact, click "Plan & Billing" or "Upgrade your plan" in the profile icon tab in the upper right corner.
2．Click on "Upgrade".
3．Select the plan you wish to subscribe to.
4．Select "Japanese bank transfer" as payment method and click on "Proceed with payment".
5．Please transfer the funds to the indicated bank account by the payment due date.
