Check for any blank fields.(Exclude "Comments" and the automatic retrieval of "Price" )
”Price”must include the ”Counter price” per unit of the ”Base price”.

When you create a custom file, we advise you to list your trades in chronological order. However, even if they are in random order, the trades are uploaded in chronological order when you upload the file.

▼Example: Trades are listed in a custom file in random order as follows.
2017/01/02 12:33:34
2018/01/02 12:33:34

2-1. Adding new trades to the previously uploaded custom file

Confirmation Points
The system keeps track of the most recent timestamp of the previously uploaded trades. If you add new trades to the previously uploaded custom file, only trades with more recent timestamps are uploaded.

▼Example:
2017/01/02 12:33:34 (previously uploaded)
2017/06/02 12:23:34 (previously uploaded)
2018/01/02 12:33:34 (previously uploaded)
2017/01/01 12:22:34 (Newly added to the file)

▼This file does not contain any trade records with timestamps more recent than 2018/01/02 12:33:34. Therefore, the trade with the timestamp of 2017/01/01 12:22:34 does not get uploaded.

2-2. Uploading Multiple Custom Files ("Subcategory"feature)

Confirmation Points
If you wish to manage your trade history in multiple custom files, please be sure to use the subcategory function. For more details on the subcategory function (available only in the Standard Plan or above), please refer to here .

* If you create and upload multiple custom files without using the subcategory function, the system will process them as the same file, and you may end up with duplicate trades.

▼Example: Create a second custom file with a new trade.
2017/05/01 10:00:00

▼Enter "STAKING" as the subcategory name when uploading the file.

▼By entering the subcategory name (i.e. subcategory=STAKING), the system can distinguish the first and the second custom files. The second custom file was created and uploaded for the first time, and you can see that the trade with the timestamp of 2017/05/01 10:00:00 was successfully uploaded.
