Custom file creation service

This page outlines our services for creating custom files on your behalf.

1.Service Details

For transactions outside of our supported exchanges, transactions between individuals, and transactions that cannot be retrieved by file or API, you will need to manually add your own transaction history.

This service will create a custom file on your behalf, which is one of the ways to manually add transaction history.

2.Recommended for

Those who find it tedious to create their own custom files.

Example: You have a lot of experience with transactions where the file downloaded from the exchange does not contain the transaction details or where the API does not deliver the history.

 

3.Pricing

*1 5,500 yen (tax included) for each 1,000 cases thereafter

During the tax filing period for the 2024 tax year (Monday, February 17, 2025 - Monday, March 17, 2025), an additional fee will be charged. Please contact support for details.

 

4.Appointed Day of Delivery

It takes about 7 business days after the contract is signed and payment from the customer is confirmed.

5.To Be Prepared by the User

  • Submission of a transaction file downloaded from the exchange (or a screenshot of the transaction screen)
    The file must contain information that will enable a third party to determine what kind of transaction it was when he/she checks the file (e.g., "transaction date and time," "transaction type," "currency name," "volume," etc.). If such information is not provided, we may ask the customer to confirm the details of the transaction.

 

6.How to Apply

If you wish to apply, please contact us from “Support” > “Other Inquiries” in the lower right corner of the help page screen.

Please include the following in the body of the email

  • Number of transactions : ●●
  • Name of exchange:●●
  • DeFi transactions: Yes/No

Please check "To be prepared by the user" and attach your submission.

 

7.Payment Method

  • Credit card payment *1
  • Bank transfer *2

*1 If you are already enrolled in one of our plans and have a credit card on file, please let us know if you would like to pay with the same credit card.

*2 If you have already subscribed to our tax plan, we regret to inform you that payment is by bank transfer.

After receiving your application, we will send you an e-mail with the procedures for payment, along with the details of the calculation service agency and other related information.

 

8.Notes

  • We will create custom files on your behalf. Please note that any other support is not covered by this service.
  • If you wish to use this service, you will need to subscribe to a separate our paid plan.
  • While we take every precaution to ensure the accuracy of the results of our custom file creation services, we do not guarantee the accuracy of the information. We cannot be held responsible for any claims, including declarations, etc. We ask for your understanding in advance.
  • Please note that in principle we do not accept cancellations or refunds after an application has been submitted.
