This help page explains how to connect cryptact with AI agents such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini using an MCP server.

1. Remote MCP Server URL

Use the following URL with any compatible AI assistant or coding tool:

2. Connecting with Claude

1. Make sure you have a cryptact account (available on all plans, including Free), then open Claude.ai in your browser or app.

2. Click the + button in the chat input, then select Connectors → Manage connectors.

   

3. Click the + icon next to Connectors.

   

4. Select Add custom connector.
5. Enter a name for the connector (e.g., "cryptact") and the remote MCP server URL below, then click Add. Remote MCP server URL:

6. In the connector list, click the cryptact connector showing a status of Not connected, then click Connect.
    If you're using the app, please also sign in to Claude.ai in your browser for OAuth authentication.

7. You'll be redirected to the cryptact login page in your browser. Enter your cryptact credentials.
8. Grant Claude permission to access your cryptact account.

9. Authentication is now complete.

10. You can now use your cryptact transaction and portfolio data in Claude's Chat and Cowork features.

3. Connecting with ChatGPT

1. Make sure you have a cryptact account (available on all plans, including Free), then open ChatGPT in your browser or app.
2. Click the account icon in the bottom-right corner of the ChatGPT, then select Settings.

3. Open Apps, then click Advanced settings.

   

4. Turn on the Developer Mode toggle. then click Create app.

   

    

5. Fill in the required fields below, agree to the notes, and click Create:

   Name: cryptact

   Description: Optional (e.g., “crypto PnL calculation”)

   MCP Server URL:
   https://mcp.cryptact.com/mcp

   Authentication: OAuth

6. You'll be redirected to the cryptact login page in your browser. Enter your cryptact credentials.
7. Grant ChatGPT permission to access your cryptact account.

   

    

8. Authentication is now complete.
    

   

    

9. You can now use your cryptact transaction and portfolio data in ChatGPT.

4. Connecting with Gemini

Note: We have verified that the connection works on Gemini Spark and higher paid plans.

1. Make sure you have a cryptact account (available on all plans, including Free), then open Gemini in your browser.

2. Click the Settings (gear) icon in the bottom-left corner, then select Personal Intelligence.

   

3. Click Connected Apps.

   

4. Under Custom apps, enter the MCP server URL below, then click Next.

5. Review the security and privacy notes, then proceed to connect the app.
6. You'll be redirected to the cryptact login page in your browser. Enter your cryptact credentials.

7. Grant Gemini permission to access your cryptact account.

   

8. In the Save your custom app dialog, click Connect.

   

9. In Gemini Spark, type @ in the chat input and select Cryptact Mcp. You can now use your cryptact transaction and portfolio data in Gemini.
