This page explains how to handle cases where users were subscribed to the old plan but it became inactive due to a failed credit card payment.
Table of Contents
1.Re-subscribing to the Old Plan
Even if you were subscribed to the old plan, you cannot subscribe to the old plan again if auto renewal failed due to a credit card payment failure.
To continue using the old plan, auto renewal must be turned ON.
For more details, please refer to the help page below.
[Important] Notice of Pricing Plan Revision (Effective September 9, 2024)
Please note that we are unable to confirm the reason for the credit card payment failure. If you would like to check the details, please contact your credit card company.
In addition, if automatic renewal does not occur and your subscription changes from a paid plan to the Free plan, your transaction history data will be completely deleted 30 days after the expiration date due to server load considerations and cannot be restored.
Data Retention for Plan Changes and Cancellations
If you wish to retain your data, please consider subscribing to the Data Retention Plan or a paid plan.
Please note that the old plan cannot be selected again as a paid plan.
