- We recommend using a PC for uploading transaction file. We do not guarantee proper operations when you use tablets or smartphones.(This is because many of the files downloaded from the exchanges are ZIP files or password-protected files, and not necessarily compatible with tablets nor smartphones. There is a risk of files becoming corrupted, which may cause inaccurate calculations.)
- Please note that we may not be able to provide support for versions other than the recommended browsers.
- If you have issues with the recommended browser, it might be due to your network's security settings. Check these settings or try a different network and attempt again.
