1. Support Hours
Our support hours are as follows:
Support hours: 10:00~17:00 JST
(excluding Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, year-end, and new year holidays)
We will respond to your inquiries in the order they are received. Please note that during holiday periods, busy seasons, or depending on the nature of the inquiry, it may take longer than usual to provide a response. Any inquiries received after 5:00 PM on weekdays will be processed on the next business day. We appreciate your understanding.
2. How to Contact Us
We provide support via email. Unfortunately, we do not offer support via phone. Please contact us via request form using the method below for any inquiries.

Method 2: Log in to cryptact, then click the "?" in the top right corner and select the "Support" button to make an inquiry.
