This page explains how to get an API key for MEXC Global(MXC)'s transaction history.
- In API, we support "spot trades", "future trades" and "withdrawals". Due to the specifications of the exchange's API, it has been confirmed that only the past 30 days of spot trading history (and the past 6 months of withdrawal history) and approximately one and a half years of futures trading history can be retrieved. For history that cannot be retrieved, please upload custom trades or exchange files, and regularly synchronize the API to obtain the history.
- If the message "Could not retrieve your transactions. If the issue cannot be resolved please check with your exchange." appears during API sync, the exchange may have encountered an error due to over 100 transactions at the same date and time. As this is an exchange-side issue, please contact your exchange for assistance.
Spot trade history/Futures history
1. After logging in, click the Person icon at the top right and select "API".
2. Please take the following actions:
- Spot: add check for "View Account Details, " "View Order Details," "View Deposit/Withdrawal Details. "
- Futures: add check for "View Account Details, " "View Order Details."
*To use cryptact's Live View feature, you need to check "View Account Details." If you do not use the Live View feature, please uncheck this option.
- Notes: required field. Please enter some value.
- Link IP Address: please enter the below IP address.

- Click "Create."
3. Enter the security verification information and click Confirm.
4. Take note of your Access Key and Secret Key, and add API connectivity via Connect to your exchanges.
* Please be sure to take note of your Secret Key as it is displayed only once upon creation. If you miss this opportunity, your Secret Key will be displayed in asterisks and you will need to create it again.
