In this article, we provide instructions on how to cancel the automatic renewal of a paid plan.
Please note that your subscription is automatically renewed. If you wish to cancel the automatic renewal, please do the following.
１．Log into Cryptact, click on the person-shaped icon in the upper right corner and click on your email address.
２．Within the "Billing" tab click on “Cancel Subscription”.
３．After clicking "Cancel Subscription", your subscription will not be automatically renewed.
▼After following the above steps, your subscription will be cancelled after the expiration date. It will not be automatically renewed.You can check within the "Billing" tab.
