Changes

• (Only mercatox, coinexchange)EXC -> EXCA
  • EXC is used by Eximchain, so that we newly created EXCA (Excaliburcoin).
  • In mercatox and coinexchange, EXC means Excaliburcoin so that our ledger process automatically updates them to EXCA.
• (Only binance）BLZ--> BLZL
  
  • To avoid duplicates with BLZ(BlazeCoin), we newly created BLZL(Bluzelle).
  • Ledgers are automatically updated.
