This page describes the causes and solutions for the "Invalid file for・・" error message when uploading a file.
Cause
The reason is that you are trying to upload a file that is different from the file format that we support.
For example...
- When downloading a file from the exchange, you had a choice between CSV and Excel. We support CSV, but is trying to upload Excel.
- The file downloaded from the exchange was in ZIP format. We support ZIP unzipped files, but you are trying to upload a file without unzipping it.
- When downloading a file from the exchange, the file format is automatically converted and you are trying to upload the file. (*In this case, please check your PC environment and settings.)
Solution
Please download the file in the file format supported by us and upload it again.
How to get trade histories from exchanges
The supported file formats vary depending on the upload box of each exchange.
Please check the "VALID EXTENSION" in the "Upload requirements" section on the relevant upload box.
