Customers using cryptact's Tax Accountants plan
For Tax Accountants: Regarding Customer Management
3．Old Plan/New Plan
Old Plan: Plans on September 8, 2024 and before
New Plan: Plans from September 9, 2024
4．Revision Details
Previously, we offered two plans depending on whether you could use the DeFi function or not. Now, we have unified the plan into one, allowing you to use the DeFi function as well.
- Only [Accountant] plan will be available.
- The DeFi function can now be used with [Accountant] plan.
5．Transition to the New Plan
As before, each customer's account will not be automatically renewed. (Data will be retained)
The contract will end 12 months from the start of the contract, and only customers who wish to continue calculations should renew after the contract ends.
◆For Customers Currently Using the Service
1. Renewal After Contract Ends
If you renew after the contract ends, you can choose the old [Standard Plan] or old [DeFi Plan] on September 8, 2024 and before. From September 9, 2024, only the new [Accountant] plan will be available.

For Tax Accountants: Regarding Customer Management
2. Switching from Old Plan to New Plan
If you need the DeFi function under the old [Standard Plan] during the effective period, only the new [Accountant] plan will be available from September 9, 2024. On September 8, 2024 and before, only the old [DeFi Plan] will be available.
Notes
- The currently contracted plan will not automatically change after the revision.
- Even from September 9, 2024, if the old [DeFi Plan] is still valid, you cannot select the new [Accountant] plan. The new plan will apply after the contract ends and upon renewal.
◆For Customers Considering New Contracts
Customers newly contracted from September 9, 2024, will be subject to the new [Accountant] plan.
