This help page explains what to do if you lose your two-factor authentication recovery code.
After enabling two-factor authentication when creating an account, the recovery code will be displayed on the screen as shown below. The recovery code is your last resort to log in if you lose your device. Be sure to note it down.
If you lose your recovery code and cannot log in, please contact support team.

1. Open cryptact's help page.

3. Click "Contracts, Accounts/Price Plan"
4. Select "Account Support" as the type of inquiry, mention that you lost your recovery code in the description field, and send it.
