1. What is "processing"?

In cryptact, the state where calculations (recalculations) are running within the system is referred to as "processing".

2. When are calculations (recalculations) executed?

Currently, in cryptact, the recalculation of all uploaded data is executed each time the following actions are performed.

  • Adding new history via API or files
  • Editing or deleting existing transaction history
  • Resolving invalid transactions using the Ledger Repair Wizard

3. Reasons why "processing" doesn't finish

Recalculations are executed when history is added or deleted. Depending on the number of transactions uploaded, this process may take some time. Especially when there are millions of transactions, recalculations during history addition can take a considerable amount of time.

Additionally, server congestion and distribution information from exchanges (especially API for Bybit) may also cause delays. Please be aware of this in advance.

4. Solutions

For customers with a large number of transaction histories, uploading files via the assistant can take time since recalculations are performed each time new histories are uploaded. Therefore, we recommend using the "+" icon at the top right of the transaction list screen to "upload files" and then clicking the "Continue Uploading" button on the same screen to upload multiple files consecutively. In this case, recalculations will not run each time, thus shortening the processing time.

▼ In the transaction list, click "upload files"

▼ Click "Continue Uploading" to upload another file

If an error appears on the screen, please send a screenshot of the situation to customer support so we can investigate your specific issue.
